Balance gym/spa has steadily declined in quality, cleanliness and customer service since it opened. Their staff and trainers and massage therapists used to be top-notch but it's amateur hour now. As others have mentioned, they will keep billing you for services you already paid for, no matter the documentation you have. Go somewhere else!
